The $200 board looks great. When it comes to communicating with the chip, are the ADV7611 and ADV7612 the same (except for the dual port configuration etc)?
What I'm trying to ask is if it would be possible to develop and experiment with the ADV7612 eval board (get all register settings and EDID stuff right etc), and then easily carry the configuration over to the ADV7611, which we (hopefully) will have mounted on a custom PCB?
