Since I'm not aware of Petit Fat Filesystem, I am not sure how it can be optimized for better data transfer speed.

But in general, you can improve the RSI data transfer speed by

1. Setting the CDPRIO bit in EBIU_AMGCTL register (if the RSI DMA uses external memory)
2. Increasing the RSI_CLK. As per the BF51x datasheet maximum RSI clock frequency is 25MHz, but you are overclocking. I would suggest you to configure it as per the spec.
