ad9212数据通道异常

Hi,

There are three AD9212 In my design circuit, all channels of AD1 can work rightly, channel A of AD2 cannot work properly, and channel C,D,E of AD3  also have problem. They all have the same design in scheme, but not all of them can work properly, in test mode(no procedure), the waveform as  show in follow figure

So my question is whether AD itself lead to bad or other reasons, thanks.
