10K 2048 step Digital potentiometer 1% tolerance

Hi

I'm looking for a digipot with 2048 steps 10K resistance nominal tolerance <= +-1%

Could you recommand me some PN, or similar device to change the resistance from 0 to 10K with 5 ohm resolution.
