Hi Miguel,

CH3 is SDATA data pin. it is right. i am using internal supply. I don't understand your question"what do you mean by PIN".Yesterday, I posted a wrong picture. I use the configured x10, and voltage in SDATA pin is larger 3.3v.The right signal  DATA, SCLK AND FSYNC is as followings.

CH1 is SDATA, CH2 is SCLK, CH3 is FSYNC.

i connected SDP board and AD9837 board. Then pressed "reset bit" button, i can tested correct signal output of SDATA,SCLK, and FSYNC. Then i set frequecy 0 is 1MHZ, and press enter key, i tested the PIN out is not right. it doesn't 1MHZ sin wave. the following is test result. Channel 1 is SDATA signal, Channel 2 is SCLK signal, and Channel 3 is Pin out signal. it isn't 1MHZ sin wave. i still can't get right output at OUT pin yet.   Thanks.
