edit hardwareconfiguration in graphical sigma studio?

Hi at all,

is it possible to change the hardwareconfiguration without an external processor? an example:

in the hardwareconfiguration in the register SerialOut1 at the adress 2078 i can set the 12th bit to set the dsp in master mode or reset the bit and the dsp is in slave mode.

is it possible to change this bit? and how should i do that?
