We do not currently have any clock buffers with a true CML output.  The closest we would have is a 1:4 LVPECL buffer like the ADCLK944 which would require ac coupling the outputs into a biased receiver to get the correct common mode. One issue with this approach is that the ac coupling capacitors will not pass the low frequencies desired.
