Hi Matt,
I'm not sure why that document shows 75 ohms. All of our evaluation boards for the ADV7611/ADV7612 use 33 ohms. Realistically, these are just starting points. You will need to look at signal integrity on your board and adjust as needed. In general, you should have series terminating resistors close to the source.
The CN-0282 is more of a proof of concept than an evaluation platform. We did have some boards assembled, but this was just to do a very basic hardware verification and take photos. We do not sell the platform and support is extremely limited.
