ADXL362 is the industry's lowest power consumption acceleration. It is very popular in the applications which need low power. Refer to the accelerometer, ADXL363 has the same specifications with ADXL362. But ADXL363 can offer one more ADC channel to customers. This is a very good feature to customers.
Eg: for wearable applications, you need accelerometer to do the functions like pedometer. At the same time, you need an ADC to monitor the voltage of the battery so that you can give a warning to end customers to recharge or change the battery. In such situation, you have to choose a MCU which integrated ADC. This will cost more money and also more current. Using ADXL363, it can give out the acceleration and monitor the voltage of the battery at the same time, the power consumption is only 1.95uA @2V, 100Hz ODR. Just 0.15uA higher than ADXL362.
What's more, you can even just use ADXL363 as an ADC and it is still the most low power ADC in the market. The ADC built in ADXL363 is a 12 bit, SAR ADC which can support 400Hz sampling rate.
