AD9361 Noise figure measurement

We are having AD-FMCOMMS3-EBZ (ad9361) evaluation board. For measuring the noise figure, we connected evaluation board to XILINX zynq FPGA board. In ADI IIO oscilloscope settings we provided: RF BW= 2MHz, Samples: 50MSPS, LO freq: 100Mhz, Receive gain: 77db. The input of 101MHZ, -85dBm is given from Agilent N5181A Analog signal generator to Rx1A port of evaluation board. We saved the resultant waveform in .vsa format. While recalling the waveform in Agilent signal analyser, the band power for the above signal is showing +52.5 dBm for an SNR of 20dBm. Is this is the correct way to measure the noise figure?? or please guide me correct way to measure the NF.
