File transfer in ADSP-BF537 EZ Lite Kit over ethernet

Hello,

I am very new to blackfin processors and found this board (ADSP-BF537 EZ Lite Kit) in my department. Can I implement a FTP server on this board? If so, any working example or document will be highly appreciable. If not, is there any way such that I can some how transfer a text file over ethernet to this device?
