With the resistive output network proposed I would not recommend using the detector to set Vset. If you do so then the current on each IF output pin will vary from a minimum of 10ma at -25dBm input up to a maximum of 40ma at -5dBm RF input (See fig88-91 in the datasheet). With that range of currents it's not possible to maintain the output IF pins within the compliance range when resistors are used to pull=up the IF output pins. I suggest you set Vset to about 3.3V with a resistor as shown in table-4 in the datasheet. Then with the proposed resistor pull-up network the mixer IF output pins will have a voltage within their compliance range (5.25V-3.75V)
