Can you quantify "...improve drift...." What is it now and how much do you need to improve?
"...When I apply just a little hot air...." Is this from an hair dryer? Very imprecise method.
You need to put the board in an oven or use a thermal probe so you can say:
"...At 25C, the output is 13 mV and at 85C the output 247 mV. I need to improve so the delta
is less than 50 mV...."
What is the temp range of your system?
What bridge? Data sheet?
Can you supply a schematic, preferably in PDF format?
