The AD9222 Eval Brd requires the "HSC-ADC-FIFO5-INTZ" adaptor brd to interface to the HSC-ADC-EVALCZ as noted on our High-Speed ADC Evaluation Brd Info portal at: http://www.analog.com/en/analog-to-digital-converters/ad-converters/products/cu_high-speed_adc_fifo_evaluation_tools/fca.html
This adaptor should be available through the same disti/rep that you obtained your AD9222 and HSC-ADC-EVALCZ brds from. I'm also attaching the AD9222 EVB user guide for your reference.
