I have some custom hardware with a BF524 using a single 32MB SDRAM (AS4C16M16S-7TCN) I've written some super basic code to make sure the processor runs, then I added some configuration code to get the SDRAM started. When I MALLOC space in the SDRAM, I get a fault. The documentation states the fault could come from several places, including configuration errors. I've looked at this repeatedly and cannot see what is wrong. Does anyone have a simple project that successfully initializes and tests SDRAM? Maybe I could look at it and see what I'm missing.
