I'd be happy to troubleshoot your design with you, but it looks like the images haven't linked correctly. Can you please re-upload your images? There is a button in the forum editor that looks like a camera. That's the best way to get images to the EngineerZone.
One important note is that the ADuM3220/1 has two output channels that share the same ground. If you are looking for a half-bridge controller, the ADuM3223 is a better fit. The ADuM3223 has two output channels that are floating with respect to each other. My guess that that your halfbridge has overvoltaged VOA to GND2. In the ADuM3220/1 the voltage on VOA to GND2 is limited to about VDD2 to GND2.
