Based on "For YCbCr over  an 16-bit bus the clock rate will be 13.5MHz.  8-bit bus the clock rate will be 27MHz" we will need encoder and decoder both supporting 16 bits.

Please  advise and confirm a working solution connecting between 2 Eval boards as below with 13.5Mhz clock rate:

PAL --> decoder -------------> cable ---------> encoder  --> PAL
