Is there a better way of importing and exporting that this

If you go FILE | Import -- you can bring in editor preferences -- no problem

However I want to bring in C++ code templates and editor templates

File | Import does not offer these options.

At the moment to bring in C++ source

I do File | New | Source File -- Configure -- Import templates -- Dismiss the File | New |Source file window  -- which has the wrong feel about it (meaning clumsy work-around)

An alternative is

Window | Preferences | C++ expand | Code Style expand | Code templates | Code | Files expand | C++ Source file | import

and for editor templates

Window | Preferences | C++ expand | Editor expand | templates | Import

Any particular reason while not the same as for the editor preferences?
