Considering I have an input buffer that I can change the gain, what would be an optimal input resistor value for the ADAU1701 for less possible hiss? Currently the buffer is unity gain and the input resistor is 18K. I
I'd like to know if noise and performance could be improved by increasing the gain and increasing the input resistor value, or, by decreasing the gain and decreasing the input resistor value.
One rule of the thumb for ADCs is "keep input impedance low", but I don't know if that is the case with ADAU1701.
