You can answer your own question by probing the input, and while you are doing that, put the tip of your finger on the 100 ohm resistor. The shape of the reflection should change.

Long term, you should swap the location of the decoupling caps and the term resistor.
Short term: if the destination chip is ok with DC-coupling, you can DC-couple, and use the pads for the decoupling caps for the termination resistor.
