I have a 2GHz, single-ended, +0dBm signal that I need to amplify and turn into two +20dBm signals that are 180 degrees out of phase with each other. Basically a single-ended to differential amplifier with a gain of +26dB would do what I want if I could find such a chip. Do you have anything that will work? It doesn't have to be a single-chip solution. If two or more chips could accomplish the same thing that would be fine.
