Hi Oleg,

In this commit I added the TX RSSI capability:

https://github.com/analogdevicesinc/linux/commit/4ac14b2a481612b6bafaaf5e70e5b780cae5f5f0

Basic documentation can be found here:

http://wiki.analog.com/resources/tools-software/linux-drivers/iio-transceiver/ad9361?rev=1421331767#tx_received_strength_signal_indicator_tx_rssi

For more insights into the TX Monitor – please consult the AD9361 Manual (UG-570) and the AD9361 Register Map Reference Manual (UG-671).

Not sure if you are aware of the advanced plugin?

http://wiki.analog.com/resources/tools-software/linux-software/fmcomms2_advanced_plugin?rev=1421333640#tx_monitor

You can configure the TX monitor there.

What you want is to setup the device in TDD mode. Then enable the TX_MONITOR with the RF Port Selection feature.

You want to use the One Shot Mode, in conjunction with the Delay feature.

(The TX level threshold feature is currently not exposed, but it’s reset value is 0)

That is want you want. Please read the Register Map descriptions for more details.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

-Michael
