1 equation covering fwd,rev AND breakdown of diode?

Apologies first -  I can't find a "more appropriate" sub-forum for this question

The diode curve can be modelled as

I = Io(e^(eV/nKT) - 1) where n is 1 "in theory"...e=electron charge, K=Boltzmann's constant. I belive this is called the Ebers-Moll equation.

The curve passes through (V,I) = (0,0).

Question: Is there a single equation covering reverse breakdown too?
